Almost Secret Santa 2011

I got a few message here and on FP about trouble signing up because of IP address. The forum was set to only let one account to be created every 24 hours per IP so if multiple people were trying to sign up on the same day with the same IP, they couldn't. I upped the number to 50 signups per day, per IP which should be more than enough. XD

To make it easier to see how many gifts each person has given, I added a "gifts given" thing for you to keep up to date.

Under the forums, you may have noticed the list of usergroups. It should be pretty self-explanatory. Anybody whose usernames are colored to match the usergroup have received that many gifts. I will be keeping these as up to date as possible, but if I forget you, you can request to join the correct group under the "Usergroups" link.
